Broadfield Capital was founded by Managing Partner, Guy Ellis, who has over a decade of experience in helping management teams achieve growth and consolidate the markets they operate in.

Guy's Private Equity career started at Goldman Sachs, followed by Alcuin Capital and Rockpool Investments. In his career, Guy has invested over £60m into 8 platform investments and completed over 25 bolt-on acquisitions. Guy brings a wealth of expertise in value creation and a focus on exit market liquidity, the combination of which has led to 6 successful exits to date.

Prior to entering Private Equity, Guy spent many years as a Management Consultant helping large organisations with operational improvement. This has led to a value creation focused approach, helping coach management teams to achieve strong results.
